Balancing these competing interests, we are committed to communicating with both clients and 'candidate elite' alike, in real-time and with professional respect and courtesy.
  2. Our assets are our people, client relationships, 'candidate elite' community, process and reputation. We will not engage in any improper activity that puts these assets at risk.
  3. Our financial goal is to provide superior compensation and wealth creation opportunities for our employees and stakeholders. Additionally, we endeavor to increase our capital base for continued growth of the business. Profitability is critical to achieving these objectives. We believe that our niche market specialization, market connectivity, capabilities, process and commitment are worthy of a fair fee for our services.
  4. We will only present candidates to our clients that have disclosed historical career and compensation information. Our clients expect thorough and exact vetting so that they have the necessary and accurate information to base an assessment. Further, upon any compensation negotiation, where we are directly involved in the talks, Hammer Haley will not take forward any egregious financial or terms requests from the 'candidate elite'. However, we will support and make argument on behalf of the 'candidate elite' for market competitive compensation based on our knowledge and intelligence of the marketplace.
